Nice battery operated alarm clock with room temperature! February 13, 2008 V. Quinn (mid atlantic) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
In our family, we prefer battery-powered alarm clocks. We have 3 of these, used by our teenager, my husband and me. None of us experience the viewing problems others have mentioned. In addition, any battery-powered alarm clock we have every owned had a short "lighted" time to save battery power. It is a little annoying that if you need to change the "set" time, and you're doing so in the dark, you must let go of the LIGHT button. However, since we're used to that, from years of using battery-powered clocks, we find it's an easy issue to work around. Further, for $9.99 we have found this model to be very accurate at time and temperature.
It's the Chinese Timex! July 9, 2009 Robert T. Purce 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have own this clock for four years. I have put only two sets of batteries in it. The tempurature gauge is nice. I use it in the Bering Sea to tell me how comfortable I am. The clock has done a lot of traveling. It started in China. Did some time in the Gulf of Mexico. I have taken on some of the road trip. The clock flew to Chile and sailed back to Charleston SC. Then back to Seattle Wa. The clock has fallen from my bed many times. Would I buy another clock, YES! Thank you for reading this.
Have used it for 2 years and really like it! July 6, 2009 Love to read (United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great clock! I've used it for two years now. The best part is that it says the temperature in the room. I use it to figure out how warmly I need to dress my baby at night. It's a great, reliable clock! And you can push down the button on the top and it will light up so you can see the time at night. It's nice that it's not lit all the time because I don't like bright things in the room at night. Also it's nice that it works on batteries because then there's no EMF radiation by your head.
VERY pleased December 10, 2009 Gregory L. Morrison 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Have had absolutely no problem with this clock. It's a battery back-up for our AC powered clock, and it appears to be a good choice for the job.

Easy to use. Like the back light feature. Face could be larger. Would definitely purchase again.
