This is a great item to have for emergencies. We live in an area that has ice storms, and tornadoes frequently, and the power usually goes out. This is great so that we can still see and listen to what is going on.

I like the item, However, I had to return because the volume button does not work. The item does not come with a charger also, you need to buy it for $10-$20. You get all kind of alerts. You can't filter the alerts. It has a very good light, you can charge it using usb port, comes with radio station.
